I acquired this lovely piece from a gift shop in Arizona around 2006.

It is 3.25 inches in diameter, 1 lb. and 7.5 oz. and is flat on its base. It is a clear glass full of clear bubbles, surrounding the frosted and multicolored "Ice Dwarf" planet at its center. There is a flat surface at the front through which the planet is seen.

It can be placed on a lighted base, a tabletop, a shelf - wherever you like - and can of course be used as a paperweight.
