I attended a Native American Pow Wow at Delta Park in Portland, Oregon sometime around 2000 and bought this that day. I never did wear it as my hair was too short, so I just displayed it on a shelf in my bathroom where I could enjoy it every day for a while.

I don't know anything else about it except it looks like it's beautifully made and sturdy.
